Galen "Clayton" Marsh, 74, of Columbus and formerly of New Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, surrounded by his loving family. Born to the late Elmer L. and Myrtie L. (Arrasmith) Marsh in Burlington, KY on January 25, 1935, Clayton is survived by his wife, Doris (Norwood) Marsh; daughters, Terri (Mike) Mumpower and Rajean (Bill) Caripides; son, James R. (Rhonda) Marsh; brother, James (Dolly) Edwards; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition, Clayton is also survived by his wife's children; Teresa Lees, Ronny Bailey and Steve Hoskins. Clayton was an Engineer for Monsanto Research Corporation in Miamisburg, OH. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2009, 1-3PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service to follow at 3:00 PM. Interment will take place on Monday, July 27, 2009 at Raleigh Memorial, Raleigh, NC.
