Galen L McHenry

Galen Larue McHenry went to be with our Lord November 12, 2024. Galen passed at his home at the age of 83. He attended West High School. He spent most of his life in a semi-truck, looking for what is over the next hill. When not on the road he was a quiet private person and enjoyed his time at home. He survived several bouts with Cancer including lung Cancer, eventually succumbing to COPD.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mildred Romanovich and Warren McHenry, Stepfather Paul Romanovich, daughter Colleen (Dave) Ziems, sons Brian and Kelly, grandson Michael.

Survived by his spouse Doris, brother Jan (Kathleen) Romanovich, son Sean (Carla), daughter Kathleen, stepchildren Deborah (Jeff) Rose, Kenneth Thompson, grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Rachel, David, Jason, Nathan, Lilly and Shannon, step-grandchildren Christina (Ben) Fenstermaker, Zachary, Jeremy, Nathan (Cari) Henery, Natalie (Richard) Gatliff, Vanessa (Christopher) Potter, Deanna (Russell) Gatliff, and great grandchildren Rosalie, Wesley and Colin as well as numerous step-great grandchildren.

Memorial Services to be held November 22nd, 10:30am at Amazing Grace Christian Church, 2255 Quail Creek Blvd in Grove City, Ohio.
