Garry Dean Justice

Garry Dean Justice, 75, of Columbus, Ohio passed away at his home on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025. He was born March 21, 1949 to the late James Hobert & Johnlene (Keen) Justice in Pikeville, Kentucky. Garry was a Vietnam War Veteran, having served his country in the Navy from 1968-1973. He left service as an Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Submarine Qualified, which he earned on board the USS Nathanael Green. He was married to Ruby Justice for 32 years before her death in 2010. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Barnett, sister, Shirley Cantrell and brother-in-law James Cantrell Jr. Surviving is a brother, Ronnie Justice, son-in-law Bruce Barnett, granddaughters Jeana (Kris) Froehlich and Jennifer (Johnny) Poe, nieces, nephews and great-grandkids. Garry enjoyed spending time with his Veteran family at Columbus Base and was inducted into the Holland Club in 2023. He also enjoyed spending time with family, going to the casino or local arts events and learning about history. Interment to follow at Grove City Cemetery.
