Gary "Z-Man" Lee Brenner, 71, of Johnstown, Ohio, passed away May 20, 2022.
He was born in Columbus, OH on September 3, 1950 to the late Gail and Odessa (Kuhn) Brenner Jr.
Surviving family includes ex-wife of 28 years, Cherie Brenner; step son, Shawn (Erica) Parsons; granddaughter, Chloe; brother, Steve (Donna) Brenner; nieces, Carrie (Michael) Simmons, Krista (Nathan) Cooper, Britney (Arin) Griffin; as well as extended friends and family.
Gary was an Eagle Scout and graduated from Brookhaven High School in 1969.
He was an auto enthusiast and owned several different cars.
Gary was Grand Marshall at National Trails Raceway for Jegs, where he retired after over 40 years, in February 2022.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231 with a Funeral Service immediately following. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, OH.
