Gary Lee Grooms, 50, of Columbus, passed away March 1, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Al and Rosalie (Collins) Grooms and grandson, Jordan Michael Grooms. Gary is survived by his wife, Charlotte; daughters, Trisha (John) Corns, Jessica (Doug) Rammage; sons, Ed (Tina) Grooms, Greg Grooms; grandchildren, Jacob Lee Grooms, Edward Austen Grooms and mother-in-law, Charlotte Clay. Gary was a veteran that served with the U. S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed spending his time reading and painting. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM Sunday, March 4, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Monday, March 5, 2007 at the funeral home. Dan Moherman will be officiating. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerFamily.com
