Gary E. Sarver, 78, of Gahanna, passed away February 10, 2022.
Gary was born July 6, 1943 in Bradford, OH to Wilbur and Opal (Schauer) Sarver. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and listening to the Cincinnati Reds as a boy. Gary loved to read and spend time with his family.
Gary will be deeply missed by his wife Doneica of 33 years; children Todd (Mariellen), Cherie (George), Mike; grandchildren Kristen, Zachary, William, Juliann, Joshua, Abby, Hailey, Isaac; great-grandchildren Benjamin, Olivia; brother Larry (Janice) along with many other family and friends.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, son Dan, granddaughter Hannah.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 4pm to 7pm at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11am at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Mifflin Cemetery.
