Gary Lee Wade

Gary Wade, age 70, of Williamsport, Ohio, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born August 22, 1946, in Mt. Sterling, OH.
The son of late Harold and Mabel (Downs) Wade, Gary was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was a lifelong farmer and a 5 year employee at Manheim Ohio Auto Auction as a crew leader. Gary was a proud member of The Ohio National Guard for six years. He served as Madison County Farm Bureau President and President of Grove City Farmer's Exchange.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Patricia (Burk) Wade; one son, Jeffrey Wade; 3 grandsons, Nicolai, Donovan and Kadin Wade - he loved taking them fishing and watching them play basketball; special family friend, Mark Pugh; also survived by special nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Funeral service with military honors will be held Monday, March 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 2213 White Rd., Grove City, OH with Pastor Kevin Westra and Vicar Zamzow officiating.
Burial will be at Grove City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Gary's name to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
