Gene Robar, 45, of Columbus, passed away Monday, December 17, 2007. He was born August 21, 1962, in Columbus. Gene is survived by his mother, Doris Kartes Robar; sons, Eugene, Jonathan and Jason Robar; daughter, Crystal Robar; five grandchildren; Shannon, Piper, Jalen, Shyanne and Brianna. Brothers, Donald, Steve, Allen, Kenneth and Edwin Robar. He is preceded in death by his father, Alfred Robar and sister, Doreen Robar. Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, with graveside service at 1:30 PM at Union Cemetery.
