George Deyo Sr., 81, of Columbus, OH, passed away on August 13, 2022. He was born on February 22, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Stella Deyo, brothers, Raymond, Jack, Uncle Bud, sister, Joan.
Surviving family includes loving wife, Beatrice, children, George Jr., Elida Deyo, sister, Annabell, grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Sheri, Stephanie, Brittany, great-grandchildren, Ricky, McKenzie, Aiden, Jordan, Maleah, Jayden, Micaiah, Truell, Robert, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30am, Friday, August 19, 2022 the funeral home. Burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery, 6959 West Broad Street, Galloway, OH 43119.
The family would like to thank Riverside Hospital, the hospital crew, the Riverside Practice crew and also want to thank Wexner Heritage Village for their care of George and dialysis and supportive neighbors and friends. The family would also like to thank Linda Daw for being there and supporting the family and kids George and Elida.
