George Dotson, age 85 of Pickerington, OH, passed away on January 2, 2023. He was born on June 9, 1937 to the late George and Bernice Dotson in Gallipolis, OH. George is survived by his sisters Clara Hazlett, brother Charles (Norma) Williams, sister-in-law Janet Williams, nieces Cindy (Eddie) Sellers, Melody (David) Cullison and Sheryl Fagan, nephew Michael (Amy) Stanley, and a host of nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Melvin Hazlett, sister Anna Dotson and brother Lester Williams.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the Hoover Haus for the care and love they gave to George.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Graveside service to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Hoover Haus, 3675 Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH 43123.
