George B. French Jr., 77, of Grove City passed away Friday, February 27, 2009 at Brown Memorial Home. He was born December 15, 1931, in Gallipolis, son of the late George and Sybil Dent French Sr. In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his brother, James French. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nancy Quimby French; son, David and Carla French Sr.; grandchildren, David French Jr. and Logan French; sister, Linda and Tom Lear. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 3, 2009 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Graveside service and interment will be held at 3 PM at Campaign Cemetery.
