George Hoover Jr., 60, of Columbus, passed away Monday, November 24, 2008 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. He was born February 27, 1948, in Columbus, son of the late George and Wilma Wilson Hoover Sr. In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by his sister, Janice. He is survived by his wife, Susan Nehr Hoover; daughters, Tammy (Bobby) Ramsey, Melissa (Brian Pack) Hoover and Paula (Arnie) Argue; sons, George and Tony Hoover; grandchildren, Brittany, Bo, Brandon, Mary, Robert, Zachary, Emily, Austin, Tiffany, Taylor and Scotty; sister, Sue; brothers, Mike and Jim; best dog, Brutus. Visitation will be Friday, November 28, 2008 from 2:00-4:00 at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, with the funeral service beginning at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family in care of Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
