Gina L. McMillen, 68, passed away Dec. 9, 2022 at her home. She was preceded in death by husband, Randy McMillen; parents, Paul E. Phipps and Doris J. Phipps; brother, Paul K. Phipps.
Gina is survived by sister, Paula (George) Staggs; nephew, Jeremy (Catherine) Staggs; great-nephew, Austin Jeremy "AJ" Staggs; cousins and many friends.
Gina previously attended First Presbyterian Church of Grove City. A special thank you for the support and care they showed her, especially Becky Miller and Mandi Ruger. She is an avid cat lover. Gina worked in the accounting field and tax preparation.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gina's memory to your local animal rescues.
Private services will be held by the family.
