Goldie Jeffrey, 84, passed away November 9, 2012. She was born October 7, 1928.
Goldie was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Jeffrey; parents, Cecil and Dora Banks and 5 brothers. She is survived by her son, LaRue (Norene) Jeffrey; wonderful sister, Essel Toler; grandchildren, Dora (Jeff) Fann and LaRue (Cheryl) Jeffrey Jr.; great-grandchildren, Samantha, Sara and Logan; great-great-grandchildren, Savannah and Kaiden; special sister-in-law, Belle M. from Michigan and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Goldie was retired from BriskHeat where she worked for 25 years as a seamstress. She was a faithful Christian to the Pentecostal Faith for over 65 years.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, November 12, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial at Kingwood Cemetery.
