Gordon E. Odwarka, 80, of Grove City, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Mt. Carmel West. He was born November 13, 1927, in Cicero, IL, son of the late Otto and Clara Dobczinski Odwarka. Gordon is survived by his wife, Lavinia Aparicio Odwarka; sons, Thomas and David Odwarka; daughter, Jennifer (Jon Coleman) Petric; brother, Kenneth (Patty) Odwarka; sister, Shirley Odwarka; grandchildren, Ninita and Spencer Coleman. Visitation will be Thursday, October 23, 2008 from 5:00-7:30 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Friday, October 24, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
