Gregory Milton, age 88, passed away January 29, 2007. Born August 10, 1918 in Eastover, SC moved to Columbus, OH in 1947 with his loving wife Bernice to raise their family. He worked as a crane operator 30 yrs for Jeffrey Mining Machinery Co and 10 yrs for Dresser Ideco. He was preceded in death by his mother (Rebecca Williams) father (Jerry Milton), sisters (Essie Timmons, Bertha Higgins, and Amy Williams) all of SC, and brother (Thomas Williams) of NY. Gregory is survived by his loving wife Bernice, sister, Luecindy Smith, 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grand children. 1. Di-Ann (Douglas) Smoot-Woods, 2. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 12-1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2500 McCutcheon Rd, Columbus. Memorial Service will begin at 1 p.m., officiated by a minister of Jehovah's Witnesses, followed by procession to Eastlawn Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, N.E.
