Grismelia Alcala

Grismelia Alcala, 62, of Columbus, passed away January 19, 2024 at St. Ann's Hospital. She was born in Venezuela on June 11, 1961 to the late Cruz Alcala. She married Salvatore Caradonna on November 5, 1995, and he preceded her in death in 2021.

Those left to cherish Grismelia's memory include daughter Genesis Caradonna and her husband, Darwin Dalis; grandchild, Tobias Dalis; and many other family members and friends.

Grismelia served as a lawyer in the early years of her life. When she wasn't working or caring for her family, Grismelia loved to care for her plants and she had heart for all animals she came in contact with in life. She loved watching the birds in the backyard, enjoying the feeders she put out for them to enjoy. She was a lovely person that was willing to help anyone. She truly brought light to the lives of everyone she helped and loved.
