Guinevere Hollis

Guinevere (Gwen) Hollis, 66 of Columbus Ohio, passed away on Jan 31, 2025 from complications of a stroke.

Gwen was the only child born to Willis Fyffe (Aug 2008) and Esther (Wheeler) Fyffe on Sept 15, 1958 in Columbus Ohio.

She graduated from Westland High school in 1976 where she was active in the marching band. She graduated from The Ohio state University with honors in 1980 from the college of Social Work.

Gwen was Married to Steven Hollis for 42 years.

Gwen was retired from AT&T where she worked for 25 years. After retiring from AT&T she worked for Hoffmans Greenhouse for many years.

She will be deeply missed by Steve and sons William (Billy) Hollis, wife Amanda (Mandi) Hollis, Alexander (Alex) Hollis, wife Michelle Hollis. Grandchildren: Macyn, Addie, Landon, Luke and Catherine Hollis. Mother Esther & husband Autie Howard. In-laws Charles (Daniel) (Jun 1998) & Venita Hollis She will also be missed by her Brother/sister in-laws: Danita & Chris McLaughlin. Timothy & Elizabeth Hollis, Thomas & Michele Hollis, Christopher & Sharon Hollis, Brian (Aug 2019) & Sheila Hollis.

She was loved and will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Gwen was preceded in death by father Willis Fyffe (Aug 2008) and Father-in-law Daniel Hollis (Jun 1998).
