Gwen A. Abbott, 66, passed away October 13, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Betty.
Gwen is survived by her children, Nanci, Deena and Jerry; sister, Diana; and cousin, Ann.
She served on the board of Franklin County Children Services and served over 30 years with Columbus Public Schools. Gwen received a BA in Science and a MA in Administrative Education from OSU. She loved taking art lessons and painting with water colors. She was a dedicated mother, service worker and educator who was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
Memorial Service Monday, October 22, 2012 at 2pm with visitation one hour prior at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
