Harley Dean Wiseman, from Altoona, PA, passed away Friday, November 2, 2007 at his daughters home. Harley served in the United States Marine Corps, in WWII and the Korean Conflict, retired from Columbia gas and was a long time Red Coat for OSU at the press gate. Harley resided in Grandview Heights for 28 years. He is survived by his wife, Mardelle "Marty" Wiseman; son, Timothy Wiseman; daughter, Jennifer Wiseman, granddaughter, Summer Wiseman; brother, Glenn (Ruth) Wiseman of New York; niece, Susie (Tom) Talcot and sons, Andrew and Michael of Sunbury; nephews, Donald Wiseman, Eric Wiseman and son, Christopher of New York. Memorial Contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel.
