Harold “Butch” Woolever, age 68, passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2025. He was born to Mary Margaret and Harold “Bud” Woolever on February 25, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio. Butch was known as the life of the party. Butch would walk into a room and make friends with everyone. Butch enjoyed playing with his grandkids and spending time with family. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, golfer, and a fan of all Ohio sports.
Butch is survived by his wife, Tammy Woolever; children, Joshua (Sarah) Woolever, Jessica Woolever, and John Richmond; sister, Sherry Hanners; brother, Robert (Michelle) Piazza; brother in law, Ted McDowell; grandchildren, Alexis Bond, Amelia Bond, Liam Richmond, Hudson Woolever, and Raegan Woolever; and nieces and nephews. Butch is preceded by his parents, Mary and Harold Woolever; son, Jamie Richmond Jr. “little Jamie”; sister, Karen McDowell; brother in law, Danny Hanners.
The visitation will be on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City, Ohio 43123.
