Harold Perry was born April 1, 1936 in Inez, Kentucky to John and May (Williamson) Perry, the last of 7 siblings. Harold went home to the lord on May 18, 2022 in Columbus, Ohio surrounded by his loving family. Harold is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, daughter in law, and many friends and family members.
Harold is survived by his wife of 64 years Virginia Perry, children Mark (Alice) Perry and Cheryl (John) Keenan. Grandchildren Cahli (Jacob) Fox and Jacob (Gaby) Keenan and great grandchildren Josephine Fox and Andrew Simpson. Harold served in the U.S. Navy, stationed in Japan and was honorably discharged where he went home to continue his service on Liberty Township Fire Department. Harold was married to his loving wife, Virginia Louise (Morris) on May 9, 1958. Harold retired from Countryside Construction and spent his retirement restoring vintage tractors, picking blackberries and spending time with his grandchildren. In
lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to The Kobacker House and Promedica Hospice.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony on June 4th at 1:00pm at Powell Christian Church, 8901 North Liberty Rd. Powell, Ohio 43065.
