Harold A. Schulze, Sr., 75, of Columbus, passed away Monday, October 15, 2007, after a brief illness. Born to the late William C. and Grace (Wethee) Schulze in Columbus, Harold is preceded in death by 4 brothers. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Vivian M. Schulze; daughters, Sandra M. Schulze, Pamela M. (Dan) Schoenstra, Teresa K. (Jim) Zorak, Marsha L. Schulze; son, Harold A. (Bridget) Schulze, Jr.; sisters, Hannah Fast and Margaret Schulze; brothers, Albert and Raymond (Joyce) Schulze; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Harold retired from Frito-Lay and later worked for the transportation department of the Franklin County MRDD. Harold's love of the OSU Buckeyes was only surpassed by his love for his family. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2007, from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral service will be on Friday, October 19, 11:00AM at the funeral home, Pastor Ralph Perdew and Pastor Ralph Watts officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Garden.
