Harriet J. Smith, 82, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Clifford. Harriet is survived by children, Clifford (Darla), Barbara (Bob) Peer, Sandy (Carol); 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; special niece, Beatrice Walker; numerous nieces and nephews; many dear friends and beloved pet O.P. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M., Friday, November 7, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home NE CHAPEL, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Delaware County Humane Society in Harriet's memory.
