Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd R. Balling and Mary Elizabeth Balling, his son Erik K. Balling, his sister Luanne Stone, brother Delbert 'Fast Eddie' Balling, and brother Floyd R. Balling II.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janelle Balling, and his children, Susan Williams of Tabernacle, NJ, Christie Poythress of Mount Olive, NC, Cassandra Balling of Palm Bay, Florida, Harry Bruce Balling II of Grove City, OH and his sister, Lavilla Dyke of Circleville, OH. Bruce leaves behind several grandchildren.
Burial will be at Beckett Cemetery in Commercial Point, OH.
