Harry G. Dobbins

Harry G. Dobbins, age 78, passed away on March 10, 2022. He was born on August 23, 1943 to the late George and Alma Dobbins in Columbus, Ohio.

Harry was a proud member of the National Guard for 25 years. He retired from Columbus Distributing Co. Harry enjoyed spending time with friends and family at Deer Creek, where he was known as the "Mayor."

Harry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Judith; children, Shawn (Sonya), Shelly (Chad) Hanson; brother, James (Janet); grandchildren, Seth (Mandi), Shelly (Aaron), Kane, Brittany; 4 great-granddaughters and one on the way. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Jane Distelhorst; brother, Elmer.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 5-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City, Ohio 43123. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday followed by procession to Sunset Cemetery.
