Harvey William Gurevitz, 67, Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 12, 2010. Harvey was born in Columbus to Louis A. and Jeanette (Davis) Gurevitz on January 31, 1943, and is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Karen Rosenthal. Survivors include his wife, Marian; son, Samuel (Lisa) Gurevitz; brother, Stanton (Carol) Gurevitz; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Harvey worked as an insurance agent with Aetna Insurance Company in Columbus, until his retirement in 2001 and was an avid animal lover. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201.
