Hazel M. Britton, 76, Canal Winchester, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2010. Hazel was born to Rufus and Effey (Adkins) Green in Maysville, KY on May 26, 1933, and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Britton; son, George "Tommy" Britton Jr; sister, Vivian Johnson; brother, Glen Green. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Crawford; sons, Will (Kelly) Britton and Al (Lucy) Britton; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Hazel is a member of World Harvest Church and the DAV Women's Auxiliary. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service Wednesday, February 24, 2010, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
