Hazel Moore, age 69, of Grove City, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2009. She was born on November 29, 1939 in Dingess, West Virginia to the late Harlan and Virginia Grubb. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth E. Moore. Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Wesley Moore; daughters, Karla Blair, Julie (Kevin) Eyre, and Connie (Rusty) Dawson; and 12 siblings. In addition, Hazel was a loving Mamaw to 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2009 from 4:00PM until time of funeral service at 6:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Pastor John Meade officiating. Private interment will follow the next day at Mt. Leigh Cemetery in Seaman, Ohio.
