Hazel V. Colasante

Hazel V. Legg Kimball Colasante, 88, Columbus, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Hazel was born in Columbus on November 2, 1923, to Charles M. and Pearl M (Cain) Legg and is preceded in death by her parents; 3 husbands; 2 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 2 sisters, 1 son-in-law.

Survivors include her daughters, Shirley (Joseph) Caldwell, Mary (Ed) Persons and Brenda Crabtree; sons, Wallace (Connie) Kimball, Sr, Walter (Dianna) Kimball, Jr and Ronald (Dawn Mathews) Kimball; sisters, Ellen Lewis and Wilma (Gay) Withem; brothers, Franklin Legg and Richard (Connie) Legg; 30 grandchildren; 74 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friend.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012, 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, April 20, 2012, 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, Delaware, OH.
