Helen Louise Walmsley (Cox) Kline passed away Saturday January 5, 2013 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital from the flu.
She was born January 19, 1926 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and is survived by her brother John Walmsley of North Ridgefille, Ohio, son Rollin McDonald Cox,II (Mary) of Ashland, OH, daughter Jane Ann Cox of Grove City, OH, grandsons Ryan Cox of Chattanooga, TN, Clell Cox (Nikki) of Ashland, OH, two great-grandsons, Gabriel of Groton, CT and C.J. of Ashland, OH, two great-granddaughters Camryn and Collins of Ashland, OH, four step-children, 9 step-grandchildren, 12 step-great-grandchildren. All of whom she loved dearly.
She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the early 1940's, worked as an RN around Ohio, mostly taught nursing at Ashland School of Nursing and North Central Technical College. She retired from her position as the director of Nursing at Brethren Care Facility in 1986. On December 27, 1986 she married Raymond Kline and they enjoyed their golden years together with travel, friends and family.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 19, 2013 from 3:00 to 5:00pm at the Grove City United Methodist Church, 2650 Columbus Street, Grove City, OH.
