Henry David Ward, 82, passed away August 24, 2021.
He was preceded in death by children, Debbie, Mike, and Scotty Ward; grandchildren, David Scott, David Baker, Dusty, Tiffany, and Brandy; great-grandson, Jorden; many brothers and sisters.
Dave is survived by wife of 56 years, Shirley; children, Alecia (Donny), Anita (Jim), Angela (Bill), Jerry (Theresa), and Deanna; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; brother, Elsie; sister, Nellie; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Family was the most important thing to Dave, also known as Gramps. He was a father figure to many. Everyone was family to Dave. He loved to tinker out in his garage and being outside. Dave enjoyed fishing, cooking, and Sunday dinners. He liked to play UNO and checkers.
Visitation Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 2pm until the time of Funeral Service at 4pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
