Henry G. Young, age 92, passed away on May 27, 2021. He was born on October 31, 1928 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Matthew and Mary Young.
Henry was a proud veteran of the US Army and served in the Korean War. His family and faith were very important to him. Henry loved time spent with his family. He was a passionate fan of golf, baseball and everything Kentucky! Henry's family will miss his smile, generosity and wise advice.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jonathan (Janice) Young, Timothy (Angie) Young, Davina Young, Rachelle Schrader; brother, Orvel (Mary) Young; grandchildren, Jonathan Young, Maria (Ryan) Mast, Matthew Butcher, Austin Kirk; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Savannah, Madison, Donovan, Elijah; great-great-grandson, Liam. Henry was preceded in death by the love of his life, Dorothy; sisters, Bertha and Sarah.
The visitation will be on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 5-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City.
