Herbert Anderson

Herbert Anderson, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born in Peebles, Ohio, December 23, 1933, the son of Herbert and Freda Anderson. Survived by wife of 43 years, Elizabeth (Betty); two daughters, Jonelle (Mark) Elkins of Lewis Center, Ohio, Jennifer (Bob)of Apple Valley, Ohio; four grandchildren, Zachary and Logan Elkins, Bobby and Colleen Cornwell; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Gary McCoy; nephew, Brian Heizer of Columbus, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Army and was a 50 year member of the Knights of Pythias Westerville Lodge #273. He is retired from Worthington Foods. Visitation will be held 5-9 pm, Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, October 28, 2005 at Blendon Central Cemetery in Westerville. Rev. Dan Mauer will be officiating.
