Hester Jean Boswell, 80, of Westerville, passed away May 1, 2006 at St. Ann's Hospital. She was born on February 14, 1926 to the late Victor and Verla (Hill) Knight. Jean was a member of a very loving family and a member of Providence Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Sister and Brother-in-law, Mary Lou and George Moore; Brother, Harold Knight; Brother-in-laws, James Newton, and Lawrence Kennedy. Surviving her one and only love of 58 years, William J. Boswell; Brothers, Charles (Shirley) Knight of Valley Grove, W.V., Joe (Shirley) Knight of Canton, Ohio, Thomas (Garnet) Knight of Galloway, Ohio; Sisters, Eva Kennedy of South Point, Ohio, Charlotte Newton of Canton, Ohio, Phyllis (David) Fillinger of Bidwell, Ohio, Sue (Tom) Ragan of Bidwell, Ohio; Daughters, Sandra Ball of Columbus, Ohio, Kim (Charles) Schuman of Canton, Ohio and Two Grandsons; also surviving are several Nieces and Nephews and their families who loved their Aunt "Jean" and Mr. Murphy their loving dog. Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 4, 2006 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Jason McClanahan officiating. Burial will follow in Northlawn Memory Gardens.
