Hobert Dixon

Hobert Dixon, 73, passed away on August 13, 2024.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Donita Dixon. His four children Roy (Tressa) Dixon, Hobrina (Tim) McGuire, Ellen Dixon, Joshua (Chevelle) Towns, his son-in-law, Shane Barnes. His ten grandchildren, Cody, Ashley, Jimmy, Malia, Shane, Adam, Waylon, Josh, Nova, Jase, his three great-grandchildren, Peyton, Sonnie, and Sophia. His siblings, Jimmy (Lori) Dixon, Clarence Sapolski, Steve Dixon, and Susan (Chris) Riefe.

Hobie was born on March 26, 1951 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Walter Dixon and Betty Sapolski. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Timmy McGuire, his sister, Johovah, brothers, Julian and Ron, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Don and Midge Brumfield.

He was a lifetime member of VNV MC and a Spec 4 Vietnam Veteran. He will be greatly missed by many family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held in Hobert's memory on October 12, 2024 from 4pm-9pm at American Legion Post 532, 1571 Demorest Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43228.
