Homer D. Spears, 86, of Columbus, OH, passed away July 8, 2013. He was born on September 26, 1926. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ruby Spears, brother, Jim, sister, Sally and in-laws, George and Freda Clendenen.
Surviving family includes, loving wife, Jeanne, children, Larry (Valrie) Spears, Randy (Frances) Spears, Scott (Kay) Spears, 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter and brother, Clarence.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm, Thursday, July 11 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Friday, July 12, 2013 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
