Hope Faithsharee Puckett

Hope Faith Sharee Puckett, 4 months old, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Amanda and Joshua Puckett were blessed with Hope on May 29, 2012, and Hope was loved dearly.

Hope is survived by her parents; sisters, Jennifer West and Tiffany West; brothers, Jeramiah Puckett, Shawn West, Mark West II, Kaleb West, Elijah West; grandparents, Mark West, Junior and Delores Puckett, Penny and Daniel Taylor; aunts, Amber and Melissa West, Dawn (Aaron) Welch, Anna Puckett; uncles, James Puckett, Gilmer Puckett, Matt Puckett, Robert Puckett and Michael West, plus many many cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 4:00 PM.
