Horace M. Miller, Sr., age 84, passed away August 20, 2010, at home. He was retired from Columbus City Schools and was a lifelong member of Oakley Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Leslie H. and Jenevieve; children: Leslie J. and Harold Miller; siblings: Lois Smith, Ralph Miller, Lily Williams, Wesley Miller, Leslie W. Miller and Faith Garnes; wives: Minnie and Dorothy Miller. Survived by children: Horace (Nora), Pamela and Sherrille Miller; twelve grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Special friend Joyce Ragland. Funeral service Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 1 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin –Granville Rd. Columbus, where family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
