Hurley Pittman, 77, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 at St. Ann's Hospital.
He was born November 12, 1934 in Oak Hill WV, son of the late Wilbur and Shelvie Fox Pittman.
In addition to his parents, Hurley was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Simmons and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Delores Howell Pittman; son, Terry (Tonya) Pittman Sr.; daughter, Tina (Ralph) Forshey; sisters, Nyla (Ed) Chobats, Evenda Lawhorn and Brenda (Junior) Teaster; grandchildren, Terry (Elizabeth) Pittman Jr., Stacey (Jimmy Millington) Davidson and Jason Pittman; nephews, Dan Callahan, Bill Callahan, Gary Board and Art Board.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 7:00 PM.
