Ima Crystlee "Cricket" (Nimmo) Fullerton, passed away on July 2, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at Whetstone Gardens and Care Center. Ima was born on September 11, 1920, in Huntington, WV, the daughter of Wyatt B. Nimmo and Della May Thompson Nimmo.
She is preceded in death by her former husband, Frank H. Fullerton and her son, Gary L. Fullerton, her sister, Alma Nimmo Cremeens, and sister-in-law, Kathleen Sparks Nimmo.
She is survived by daughters, Judy (Jay) McCoy, Anna Fullerton (Ross Pultz), two wonderful granddaughters, Judy Lawless (Keith) Caudill, Nancy Lawless (Cameron) McNeal, a very special great-granddaughter, Cayla McNeal, brother, Basil Nimmo, daughter-in-law, Sharon Ports Fullerton Eckley, nieces, Doris Hensley and Donna Mees, step-granddaughters, Annette (Johnny) Robinson, Michelle (Kevin) Zugel, Angela (Steve) Noxon, Fred Nimmo and a host of grand nieces and nephews. At Ima's request, there will be no visitation or services.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the wonderful and caring caregivers at Whetstone Gardens and Care Center.
