Inez I. Routt, 92, Columbus, passed away Friday, February 4, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Inez was born February 26, 1918, in Olive Hill, Ky to the late Thomas Baker and Nora Ellen Wicker Baker and is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Routt; daughter, Virginia Lou Bates; six brothers and four sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Roberta (Robert) Hoersdig; husband's children, Clyde (Judy) Routt, William (Karen) Routt, Doris Baker; brothers, Jack Baker, Harlan Baker, Thomas Baker, Jr; sister, Betty Jonas; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Inez retired from Schottensteins Stores. Family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, 2-4PM & 6-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, with the Funeral Service on Thursday, February 10, 2011, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
