Iona M. Jones, age 86, passed away March 14, 2013. She was born November 10, 1926 in Warren, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruth Vangieson; husband, Walden Jones; son, Danny Chinn and many siblings.
Iona is survived by her children, Ruth McGuire, Patricia (Timothy) O'Dea, Jimmy (Peggy) Chinn, Renee (Rod) Ioson, Gloria Chinn and Kenny (Betsy) Chinn, sister Gaile (Rezy);granddaughter and care taker, Vannessa Chinn; great-grandson Bobby Browning; many grandchildren , great-grandchildren and good friend, Richard Chinn.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 21, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
