Irene A. Diamond, 66, passed away January 8, 2012. She was preceded in death her parents, Carmel Osborne and Gilvia Newsome; father of her children, Ronald Ansel; and granddaughter, Scarlet Caudill. Irene is survived by her children, Tamra (Steve) Thevenin, Ronda (Clarence) Mattox, Mary (Paul Dalton) Ratliff, James Ansel, Elizabeth (Robert Mays) Layne, and Alisha (Erice Taylor) Ansel; five sisters, five brothers, 13 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Visitation Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 12 pm with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling, OH.
