Irma B. Marsh, a beloved matriarch and vibrant spirit, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, in Grove City, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 22, 1935, in Switzerland, Irma exemplified a life rich in culture, adventure, and connection.

Irma embarked on a remarkable journey, moving to England for her education, where she studied diligently and mastered seven languages. Her talents led her to the United Nations, where she served as an interpreter, bridging communication across nations and cultures. After leaving the world of diplomacy, she spent many fruitful years at Coca-Cola Corp, retiring with fond memories of her contributions and friendships formed along the way.

Known affectionately as the "The Irminator," Irma was a force to be reckoned with. Her friendly and outgoing personality drew people to her, lighting up rooms wherever she went. Whether it was on the golf course, skiing down pristine slopes, or enjoying the great outdoors, her zest for life was infectious. Irma cherished moments spent gambling alongside her best friend Nancy, forging bonds that transcended the everyday.

Irma was the proud mother of James (Tia) Marsh III and Andrea Boyle, and her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Alex, Corey, James "Jack," Isabella, Gabriel, and Christopher, as well as her grandson Drew Glassner. She also leaves behind her dear sister, Nellie Rochat, who has always been a source of strength and companionship.

Though Irma grieved the loss of her husband, James Marsh Jr., and eight siblings, her spirit and memories will forever remain alive in the hearts of her family and friends. The love she shared across generations and the joyous moments celebrated together will serve as a testament to her vibrant legacy.
