Ivadelle Simpson, 89, Johnstown, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Ivadelle was born in Clarion, PA on July 6, 1922, to Pearl and Lucinda (Crossin) Fox and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dane Simpson; brothers, Dewey, Joe and David Fox; sister, Wanda Price; daughter in law, Sharon Simpson, granddaughter, Holly Cain; great-grandson, Dennis Mosley. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Dandrea and Barbara (Carroll) Thompson; sons, Danny Simpson, David (Debbie) Simpson and Jerry (Helen) Simpson; sister, Lydia Pounds; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends. Ivadelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and was loved by all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2011, 2-4PM & 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, December 9, 2011, 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in care of the family. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens, Westerville, OH.
