Iverna Reese

Iverna "Susie" Reese, 73, of Canal Winchester, formerly of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away October 6, 2021. Susie was born April 10, 1948 to Jack and Verna {Varian} Maynard.

She was a cosmetologist for over 50 years. Susie enjoyed playing cards with her family, going to the pool, watching football, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Steelers and golf. Her family loved her spaghetti and meatballs, wedding soup and chicken wings.

Susie will be deeply missed by her; children Carl "Eddie" (Lori) Penner, Nickole "Nicki" Reese; grandchildren Markayla, Ally, Hayley; great-grandchildren Aniyla, Christiana, CreShawn; brothers Denny (Judy) Maynard; sisters Sydney (Dave) Pallone, Bobbi Kyser along with many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Susie was preceded in death by her parents and brother Tommy Thompson.

Visitation Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 11am until the time of service at 12pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, 43123.
