Jack A. Caridas, 54, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, April 13, 2013, surrounded by his loving family.

Jack was born in Columbus, OH on April 5, 1959, to William D. and Kay (Hilt) Caridas. He is survived by his parents; wife, D'Anne (Ouellette) Caridas; brother, David (Desa) Caridas; mother and father-in-law, Nancy and Norman Ouellette; sister-in-law, Julie (Tony) Gregory; brother-in-law, Harvey (Diane) Ouellette; nieces, Sydney Gregory, Amy (Joshua) Alves; Laura (Kyle) Kusmider; nephews, Joshua (Heather) Ouellette and Timothy Ouellette; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Jack worked for Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield for 26 years. Jack has been bowling since he was 5 years old, had over 28 perfect "300" games and was recently inducted into the Greater Columbus Bowling Hall of Fame. Jack always enjoyed activities with family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, 4-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-1942.
