Jack D. Koch, 89, Columbus, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Friendship Village of Columbus. Jack was a WWII veteran of the US Navy and retired from the Columbus Fire Department after 31 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Cloyce; son, David; daughter, Gloria Yurgelites; sisters, Nancy Fenstemaker and Jean Johnson. Honoring Jack's request, there will be no calling hours or services. Should friends desire, contributions may be made to Harbor Light Hospice, 751 Brooksedge Plaza Drive, Westerville, OH 43081. Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH is honored to serve the Koch Family.
