Jack Joseph Kubu, 7 month old infant son to Joseph S. Kubu Jr. and Suzanne (nee Palmisano) Kubu, went to heaven on June 28, 2015. He was born in Dublin, OH on November 25, 2014.
Other family includes grandparents, Frank Sr. (Ellen) Palmisano, Joseph S. Sr. (Cindy) Kubu, Susan Kubu, great-grandmother, Helen Volk, aunts and uncles, Megan Strine, Kimberlee (Justin) Plew, A.J. (Stacy) Palmisano, Ed (Michele) Palmisano, Frank Jr. (Lisa) Palmisano, Tim (Meagan) Kubu, cousins, Nikolas and Nolan Strine, Joey and Courtney Palmisano, Emily and Ethan Palmisano, Samantha and cousin on the way Palmisano and Molly Kubu.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6899 Smoky Row Road, Columbus, OH 43235.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the church with additional visitation from 9-10am.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH.
Jack's spirit lives on through his loving gift of organ donation.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the family or to Nationwide Children's Hospital, 700 Childrens Drive, Columbus, OH 43205.
